Mike was appointed to the MCCA Board by Mayor Michelle Wu. He is the South Boston Community Representative.

Mike formerly served in County Government for 40 years as the (elected) Clerk Magistrate of the Superior Court Department of the Trial Court for Suffolk County. He was the founder and Chairperson of the Education Committee for all Magistrates and Assistant Clerk Magistrates of the Superior Court Department for 15 years.

Mike was also an Adjunct Professor of Law at New England Law/ Boston for 33 years.
