New England Food Show 2017 coming to Boston next month

The New England Food Show 2017, co-sponsored by The National Restaurant Association and the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, is less than a month away.

To be held from Feb. 26 to 28 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the annual event is the largest and most attended foodservice trade show in the Northeast. Each year it features hundreds of exhibitors, culinary demonstrations and competitions, education sessions and seminars, buying specials, new product showcases, and more.

Some of the features of this year’s show include an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, the Eater Boston Chef Competition, and a wide range of informative workshops covering all aspects of the food service business.

The National Restaurant Association will be holding the regional competition in 2017’s “Star of the Bar” mixology competition, and multiple culinary demonstrations will be featured on each of the show’s three days.

Of course, the focus of the Show is the show floor - 300 plus exhibitors demonstrating what’s best and most innovative.

One highlight of the show is the 2017 Annual Awards Dinner on Monday, Feb. 27. The dinner is the occasion at which the Massachusetts Restaurant Association recognizes individuals and organizations that have exemplified leadership and excellence in the restaurant industry.

Up-to-date information on the New England Food Show can be found at Restaurant.org/NEFS.Restaurant. Advance registration is $35 with members of a State Restaurant Association receiving a $10 discount.
