Gregg P. Lisciotti is president of Lisciotti Development Corporation, a real estate investment and development company based in Leominster, MA.
Since its establishment, Lisciotti Development Corporation has been involved in the acquisition, development and ownership of real estate and has successfully developed retail centers throughout the United States.
A graduate of Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, lifelong resident of Leominster, Mr. Lisciotti began his company prior to graduating from Bentley. Mr. Lisciotti was appointed by former Governor Mitt Romney to serve on the Board of Directors of the MCCA. He recently completed his tenure as Chairman of the Fitchburg State University Board of Trustees, and was awarded an honorary doctoral degree for his decade of service to the University. Mr. Lisciotti was recently re-appointed to the MCCA Board of Directors by Governor Charles D. Baker.
In addition, Mr. Lisciotti serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Leominster Housing Authority, and is a former Trustee at the Fitchburg Art Museum. He is a lifetime member of St. Anna Parish in Leominster, MA. Mr. Lisciotti has also been involved in various community organizations, including the Fay Club Board of Directors, Our Father’s House, Leominster Development Corporation, HealthAlliance Hospital President’s Council and several Massachusetts state task forces under Governors Paul Cellucci, Jane Swift and Mitt Romney. Mr. Lisciotti founded the non-profit organization, A Hand Up Charitable Foundation that provides assistance to persons in need - children, adults and families with a "hand up" versus a "hand out."
